Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each clientEnsure alignment of project scope and objectives with client expectationsIdentify resources or tasks needed for the projectServe as the main point of contact for clients throughout the engagement cycle (onboarding)Provide project updates via meetings or emailsManage client expectations and ensure any changes are clearly communicated and documentedFacilitate collaboration between internal teamsMonitor and raise/address issues that may affect the projectEnsure a smooth transition from project implementation to client operation QUALIFICATIONSProven experience in managing projects, preferably within IT or B2B environments.Familiarity with working on structured or government-related projects is advantageous.Demonstrated ability to manage client projects from initiation through completion with meticulous attention to detail.Hands-on experience in managing and nurturing client relationshipsAbility to bring projects to successful closure and maintain ongoing client engagement.
