Project Manager

We are in need of PROJECT MANAGER
Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, construction workers, and administrative staff.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress and address any issues. Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.Address and resolve any issues related to project quality and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field. (Licensed)Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a track record of successfully completed projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and building codes.Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCM) is a plus.Willing to be assigned to different project site within Metro Manila preferably near Tutuban Center.
