Management of project timelines and ensuring such are delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-scope.
Define the project tasks, & estimates the effort and resource requirements and lay out the detailed project work plan.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Lead weekly team sprints for the engineering organization using Agile methodologies (stories, backlogs, Kanban boards)
Create project schedules, send meeting notes, follow up on progress of the teams to move the project forward.
Facilitates learning through postmortems and sprint retrospective.
End-to-end project management and ownership of the entire Project Management Lifecycle and its process from beginning to end.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
At least 2 years experience working as technical project manager in a software development team..
Strong project management experience in complex environments, including end-to-end project experience of customers with various service solutions in scope
Ability to adapt to quick paced and changing priorities and manage multiple projects.
Good understanding of software development principles and operations processes.
Proven client facing experience, excellent communication and presentation skills Professional English Level
Must have very strong interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to partner with others, and be able to manage conflicts or complex relationships
Deep practical experience implementing Agile and Scrum.
Being a Scrum Master in a previous role is preferred, but not required.
Past experience in the banking and financial services industry is preferred, but not required.
Practical experience using Jira for project management, reporting and team management.
Experience in project management in a product-focused company is preferred, but not required.
Hands-on technical expertise and software development experience especially in mobile and fintech is highly preferred but not required.
