Project Manager
Qualifications:
? With at least 3-5 year experience in the same field
? Must have leadership skills
? Background in Autocad is an advantage
? Excellent in MS Office
? Must be efficient, well-organized and can work under pressure
? Must be a good team leader and has ability to deal with people/workers
? Must be willing to work in Cebu City
? Full-time position available
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Knows how to design and estimate bill of materials, manpower equipment and consumables regarding Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection.
2. Carry out the entire Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Works. Ensuring that all Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection works and installation are in accordance with technical Specification.

Overseeing of site activities such as installation of hangers and support for Mechanical Ducting works, Fire Protection works and Plumbing works as per applicable standard and technical specification of the project.4. Managing the cad operator in preparing all Shop Drawings for Mechanical, Plumbing/Sanitary, Fire Protection system and proposals for client?s approval.
5. Review materials and their specifications that will be needed for consultant?s approval prior for installation.
6. Attend Project Technical Meeting.
7. Attend Design Coordination Meetings with the designers, consultants and owners representatives. Prepare bill of materials and cost estimates for change order request.
8. Checking of company?s monthly project billing of accomplishments.
9. Monitor Site Safety and ensure that all works done in the safest possible manner is consistent with good construction practices.
10. Submit weekly report for the updates of Installation of Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection.
