Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders
- Coordinate all vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees
- Ensure enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring are being accomplished
- Help and coordinate vendor processes and methods to approve vendors
- Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions
- Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with vendor management plus produce fulfillment
- Prepare processes as well as manage analysis, selection and transition
- Stimulate steady process enhancement to present increasing operational efficiency in entire business partner processes
- Maintaining project timelines, budget estimates and status reports
- Managing a team of project engineers who manage vendors
- Use of project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Organizing meetings to discuss project, progress, deviations and next plan of action
- Performs other duties as assigned
Detailed Work Activities:
- Will be in-charged on collating all the reports from the project engineers and use these reports in communicating to stake holders
- Shall do a weekly update reporting to key stake holders focusing on the new and completed projects, weekly accomplishment, look ahead schedule and accomplishment projection
- Ensure that Project SLA are met and any deviations are reported or are resolved efficiently
- Identify process issues and formulate process improvement.
Shall be tasked to monitor improvements and provide metrics based on analytics
- Provide monthly reports to the management and organization regarding team performance
- Shall provide team member evaluations based on key performance index
