ABOUT THE POSITION As a Project Manager, immersive experiences at PHI Studio, you will be responsible for managing and planning development projects within the Studio. You will work closely with a small production and virtual creation team as well as with external studios in Québec and internationally. You will centralize documentation, manage priorities, and create appropriate processes to ensure the success of the projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management role: Plan and supervise all phases of interactive digital projects. Track deadlines, identify blockers, help define the resources required for each project, and build the team structure for optimal organizational workloads. Draw up and present the status of the project to management. Priority Management: Identify and prioritize critical tasks and main deliverables and making sure we meet the deadlines. Quickly adapt to changes and readjust priorities accordingly. Manage risks and work on contingency plans. Collaboration: Coordinate all production requirements against strict timelines for delivery and collaborate with external studios in Québec and internationally. Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams and partners. Process Creation: Develop and implement effective processes for project execution and collaboration with other studios. Continuously improve working methodologies to optimize productivity and quality, while ensuring we receive the level of quality that we expect. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Degree in project management, information technology, interactive media development, video games, or a related field; 3 to 5 years of experience in managing interactive digital projects; In-depth knowledge of interactive media and their creation process; Good understanding of interactive technologies and software development processes; Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello); Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Strong work ethic; Bilingual in French/English for international collaborations. Proficiency in other languages is an asset.
