Non-negotiable qualification: Minimum 13 years with end to end implementation in e-commerce or retail or combination.Knowledge of retail industry applications and processes like POSRetail Industry knowledge is a mustPMP / Prince 2 CertificationStrong MS Project SkillsProject Planning and management for Functional / Technical projectsAbility to multi-task and be well organizedExcellent communication skills (both oral and written)Excellent skills in managing customer meetings at executive level and also at project levelUnderstands Waterfall / Agile methodology for Project deliveryGood grasp of Retail FunctionsExposure to ERP Implementation lifecycle or Retail Management Software life cycle.People management skills with ability to manage development teamUnderstands Agile methodology for Project delivery
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and educate fellow team membersProject Lead/Manager is responsible for the development of advanced and high quality deliverables, on-time and within budget to meet client expectations.Develop and manage project plans, gather business requirements and coordinate with other team leads to map business processes.Manage Customer Interaction, Develop artifacts for ALL Customer interactionManage deliverables through projects / Tasks and Follow-up and action to closureAbility to delegate, supervise, and develop junior consultantsProject Lead is also expected to build and maintain client relationshipsDesigning and developing superior technical approaches and solutions which satisfy clients' business needsWork with cross functional team of RnD, Customer Support in order to deliver solution to clientUnderstanding and leveraging expert knowledge about relevant ETP and 3rd party technology
