Project Manager - Creatives

Job Requirements

Work with all departments (client teams and communication) to coordinate, schedule and track all elements of the project
Triage the requirements of H&B to assess delivery approach
Primary liaison between H&B internal clients and GRC production designers
Provide accurate turnaround time estimates and project status of assigned work, using JIRA, Workfront Proof, etc.
Review work from GRC to ensure edits are well handled prior to hand-off to H&B
Monitor and inform internal team of all ongoing projects and incoming job requests
Effectively manage a high volume of assignments and tight deadlines


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
At least 4-5 years relevant work experience
Self-starter who works well independently
Organized, detailed and follows consistent processes to ensure efficiency and quality
Experience in project management and supervision
Experienced in copy editing and proofing with an eye for design
Working knowledge of employee benefits and/or health care is a plus
Exceptional computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel
Experienced in interfacing with internal and external clients
Ability to multi-task while working both independently and with a team
Have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with InDesign and/or Workfront Proof (ProofHQ) is a plus
Have a co-ownership and co-accountability attitude over projects
