Project Manager - Construction Turn Over

Point person to coordinate with the Developer and Construction/Project Management group
- Accept turnover of documents, major assets, plans, equipment manuals and warranty certificates from the Construction/Project Management group
- Supervise inventory and safekeeping of tools, equipment and keys for all common areas, facility rooms and fire and safety equipment.
- Supervise inspection and punch listing of common areas, rooms, facilities and equipment
- Submit Progress Report to Developer and Wilserv

**Salary**: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
