Project Management Specialist - Mid And Senior

Job Description

· Project Planning and Implementation

· Assembles and leads specific team

· Leads in the Scoping, Sprint Planning, and Timelining processes

· Implements projects that adhere to the Project Life Cycle Process

· Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation on specific projects Account Management/Client Relations

· Meets with the client to identify and have a deeper understanding of their business goals

· Relationship building and management

· Monitors and ensures POs for CRs/addendums have been provided by the client

· Liaises between admin team and client on CE creation, invoicing, and collection. Project Management Team Supervision and Monitoring.

· Monitors the status of all Dice's software development projects under each Junior Project Manager

· Ensures all projects under each Junior Project Manager are managed properly (on time, on scope, and proper communication with clients)

· Creates career paths for each Junior Project Manager Monitors work progress of each Junior Project Manager.

· Develops the Project Management team skills, particularly in communications with clients Project Management Process Audit, and Optimizations

· Works with the CTO, COO, and production team heads to identify inefficiencies in the company's current project management process based on the principles of Agile Scrum

· Works with the team to find a suitable solution to the identified project management issues

· Creates metrics and safeguards to ensure that the processes are followed.

· Identifies needed tools needed for project management - Timely delivery of estimates and project implementation - Clear communication of the client requirements to the project team - Complete documentation and reporting of projects - Clear and honest communication and management of expectation to clients - Full awareness of each project milestones under each PM - Client satisfaction for all projects - Improved Project Management Team soft skills, with priority to client communications - Improved processed on end-to-end project implementation
