Project Management Specialist

Education equivalent to 4 or 5 yrs of BS Degree1 to 3 yrs of relevant experience in an IT environment is recommended.Total yrs of experienceProject Management certification is an advantage.Strong soft skills: Leadership, Facilitation, Stakeholder management.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly skilled at collaborating with business partners and translating technical terms into business language.Ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders and executive management.Ability to build positive, mutually beneficial relationships.Ability to kindle development in others, and precipitate them to provide their own direction and support.Experience building project proposals by providing the proposals for desired outcome is preferred.Experience building project plans, work breakdown structures and project reports is required.Experience managing multiple projects or a project portfolio/program is preferred.General relationship functions and relationship including networking, software development,telephony, and server infrastructureProficiency with the ff tools: Excel, Sharepoint, MS Visio, Project Management Tools.
