Project Management Officer

**PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR**- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a supervisory capacity preferably in the manufacturing industry- Coordinating with other construction managers or project managers to ensure that work is progressing on schedule- Reviewing progress reports from each team member to track the status of each task- Preparing cost estimates for projects and bidding them to potential clients- Monitoring employees' work hours to ensure that they are working efficiently- Communicating with other team members to ensure that all requirements are met- Working with architects and engineers to ensure that construction plans are feasible and meet legal requirements- Managing a project's finances to ensure that costs are controlled and within budgetManaging a team of subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- On-site parking- Transportation service providedSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Bonus pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Biñan City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)
