Salary: To be discussed upon interviewQualification:- At least 30 years of professional experience & 10 years of managerial experience.- request for portfolio links/file- At least 40 years old- Licensed Philippine Architect (graduate of BS Architecture)- Has a proficient and strong understanding of design application and execution in terms of principles, processes, techniques, and materials- Proven professional experience of at least 30 years in the Construction / Real Estate Development Philippines industry- Proven managerial leadership experience of at least 15 years (Middle Leadership); Has strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills- Proven experience in project management (preferably took up Project Management for Masters), with track record of successful project completion.- Proficient in project management software / understand the use of these computer aided applications.- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-related codes specific to the Philippines- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines- Critical thinker with a keen eye for detail and human behavior
