Job Description
This position plays a critical role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of
projects of the company. The role requires a combination of good leadership, excellent
communication, and high organizational skills.

Primary Qualifications:
- Licensed Philippine Architect (graduate of BS Architecture)
- Has a proficient and strong understanding of design application and execution in terms of
principles, processes, techniques, and materials
- Proven professional experience of at least 30years in the Construction / Real Estate Development
Philippines industry
- Proven managerial leadership experience of at least 15years (Middle Leadership); Has strong
leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in project management (preferably took up Project Management for Masters),
with track record of successful project completion.
Secondary Qualifications:
- Proficient in project management software / understand the use of these computer aided
applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-related codes specific to the Philippines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Critical thinker with a keen eye for detail and human behaviour
