WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, Day Shift, Overtime

- Amenable to report to QUEZON CITY

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Architecture Degree from an Accredited College or University
- Must be a Licensed Architect or Licensed Civil Engineer
- Proven professional experience of at least 8 - 10 years in the Construction / Real Estate Development Philippines Industry
- Proven managerial leadership experience of at least 5 years (Middle Leadership); Has strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Proven experience of 3 years in project management (preferably took up Project Management for Masters), with track record of successful project completion
- Has a proficient and strong understanding of design application and execution in terms of principles, processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in project management software / understand the use of these computer aided applications
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-related codes specific to the Philippines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Critical thinker with a keen eye for detail and human behaviour
- Can lead & direct the work of others
- Deadline-oriented

- Very strong and confident communicators
