Must be 40 years old belowWilling to START ASAPAmenable to report to QUEZON CITYGraduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Architecture Degree from an Accredited College or UniversityMust be a Licensed Architect or Licensed Civil EngineerProven professional experience of at least 8 - 10 years in the Construction / Real Estate Development Philippines IndustryProven managerial leadership experience of at least 5 years (Middle Leadership); Has strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProven experience of 3 years in project management (preferably took up Project Management for Masters), with track record of successful project completionHas a proficient and strong understanding of design application and execution in terms of principles, processes, techniques, and materialsProficient in project management software / understand the use of these computer aided applicationsDemonstrate proficiency in industry-related codes specific to the PhilippinesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesCritical thinker with a keen eye for detail and human behaviourCan lead & direct the work of othersDeadline-orientedCritical Thinking & Problem-Solving skillsVery strong and confident communicatorsStress toleranceProven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectivelyCommitted to daily safety and the ability to implement and enforce safety management protocols
