The **Project Management Coordinator** shall be the key person to support the various across the board construction projects of E&L Faster foods Inc.
The position shall perform administrative tasks such as data and information gathering, research, and collaboration with various department to ensure project goals are met.
The function is inclusive of the aforementioned responsibilities through the project life cycle, from Project development, Planning, Execution, and Project closing.
**Planning works and interdepartmental collaboration**
1.
Key person for the function of data and information gathering necessary for projects and interdepartmental collaboration for the planning and execution of the projects.
2.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders
**Administrative works**
1.
Responsible in the following administrative task such as: Petty Cash replenishment, Reimbursement, Request for Payment, Liquidation, PR, Transmittal, Request for vehicle, Itineraries, logbook monitoring of incoming and outgoing files.
2.
Responsible for the compilation and disbursement to concerned stake holders of
project documents throughout the project cycle such as (but not limited to) Nonconformance reports, Project management instructions, change orders, Bill of quantities/materials, site inspection reports, Notice to proceed/Letter of award, punch lists, certificate of completion, schedules.
3.
Report generation and presentation both verbal and written as mandated for the
projects
**Support in Project and Contract management**
1.
Key person to schedule turn over schedules for the closing of projects and
processing necessary documents and invitations for stake holders aligning for the
proper turn over.
2.
Responsibility includes processing necessary documents for the payments for the
billings of various vendors through out project cycle.
3.
Prepare documents, contracts, memorandum, and updating records necessary for
the project
**Other Duties and Responsibilities**
Performs other tasks necessary in the fulfillment of the department's mandate and trust.
**Job Specifications**:
- Graduate of any engineering or management courses (bachelor's degree)
- Minimum of 2 years
**Job Competencies**:
- Working knowledge in construction industry
- Working knowledge in construction contract management
- Working knowledge in project development
**Other Job Requirements**:
- Amenable for any departmental organization changes
- Willing to work over time
- Flexible to any official business travels all over the Philippines
- Proficiency in MS office software, AutoCAD, and sketch up
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Has keen senses to see procedural concerns and pitch in solutions
