Project Management / Admin Assistant

_Qualifications_
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience required (Project Management / Store Operations)
- Project Management duties: construction and site supervision, maintenance of services and operations
- General Admin duties, such as, but not limited to, inventory of product stocks, filing of documents,
- purchasing and procurement of supplies
- Can coordinate with Mall Admin, Contractors and Suppliers
- Gives attention to detail, and follows instructions
- Organize daily workload by priorities
- Ability to meet deadlines, and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required
- Good in verbal and written communication skills
- Can report to office and store daily; office located at Pasay City
- Amenable to work overtime if needed
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
- Can start ASAP
