Project Lead - Makati - Project Management Experience

SALARY BUDGET: ?50,000 - ?70,000 | Still negotiable beyond this range, but close to the specified range | Depends on the qualifications / experiences
WORK LOCATION: Onsite | Makati City
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for guiding projects from initiation to completion; Developing project plans, defining objectives, and setting timelines; Assigns tasks, monitors progress, and ensures effective resource allocation; Managing project risks, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and resolving issues; Overseeing deliverables to meet quality standards, providing regular updates, managing scope changes, and conducting project closure activities.
DIVISION / DEPARTMENT: Information and Communication Technology Division


- Must be a Graduate Information Technology and/or Computer Science
- Proven Experience in Project Management Functions and Deliverables
- Proficient in Project Management Methodologies, including defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey technical information and collaborate with stakeholders
- Able to lead and inspire teams effectively with strong leadership skills
- Able to identify project risks and issues, and implement strategic solutions to mitigate them
