Project Lead - Makati - Project Management Experience

SALARY BUDGET: ?50,000 - ?70,000 | Still negotiable beyond this range, but close to the specified range | Depends on the qualifications / experiences
WORK LOCATION: Onsite | Makati City
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for guiding projects from initiation to completion; Developing project plans, defining objectives, and setting timelines; Assigns tasks, monitors progress, and ensures effective resource allocation; Managing project risks, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and resolving issues; Overseeing deliverables to meet quality standards, providing regular updates, managing scope changes, and conducting project closure activities.

Must be a Graduate Information Technology and/or Computer ScienceProven Experience in Project Management Functions and DeliverablesProficient in Project Management Methodologies, including defining project scope, deliverables, and timelinesExcellent oral and written communication skills to convey technical information and collaborate with stakeholdersAble to lead and inspire teams effectively with strong leadership skillsAble to identify project risks and issues, and implement strategic solutions to mitigate them
