Qualifications:
• Graduate of Computer Science, Information
At least 7 yrs experience
Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in project management functions and deliverablesExcellent oral and written communication skills to convey technical information and collaborate with stakeholdersProficient in project management methodologies, including defining project scope, deliverables, and timelinesAble to lead and inspire teams effectively with strong leadership skillsAble to identify project risks and issues, and implement strategic solutions to mitigate them Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelinesAssign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure clarity on roles and responsibilitiesAllocate resources efficiently, including personnel and budget, to meet project requirements.Identify potential project risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate themFacilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and informed decision-makingAddress any conflicts or issues that arise during the project lifecycle to maintain project momentum and resolve challenges promptlyMonitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to project requirementsProvide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the original planManage changes to project scope or requirements, assessing their impact on timelines and resourcesConduct thorough project closure activities, ensuring all deliverables are met, conducting post-project evaluations, and documenting lessons learned for future projects
