Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or any Engineering course or equivalent.
Experience in site supervision in construction is an advantage.
Good communication skills and can coordinate effectively.
Can work efficiently under mínimal supervision.
Can deliver fast and accurate results.
Job Description:
Checking and review construction plans.
Oversee construction project from beginning to end.
Responsible for site coordination and control of site work organization to

meet project deadlines.Conducts site monitoring and inspection of contractors?
activities to evaluate accomplishments and produce Progress report.
Monitoring progress of the construction in relation to programmed time table and evaluate work executed in accordance with the project specification and design.
Enforces the implementation of immediate quality control measure within his work area.
Evaluates, checks and verifies project accomplishment vis-à-vis budget.
Ability to coach and mentor workmates/subordinates for continuous improvement as well as work performance.
