Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations are met.
2. Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, utilizing Gantt charts and other scheduling tools to ensure projects are delivered on time.
3. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and project progress.
4. Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and resource allocation.
5. Supervise project staff and subcontractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
6. Identify and resolve any project issues or challenges that may arise.
7. Conduct regular site visits and inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and design specifications.
8. Ensure project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and compliant with company and industry standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or architecture industry.
3. Proficient in reading and interpreting Gantt charts and managing project schedules.
4. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to drive a motorcycle for site visits and project inspections (required).
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
