Project Engineer - Port In-Charge

Minimum Requirements: Experience in offshore pile driving worksExperience in offshore precast installationExperience in reinforced concrete, including familiarity with rebar drawings, bending schedulesExperience in temporary works schemes, formwork systems, and the placement of concreteExperience in marine barges operation and other waterborne vesselsExperience in heavy equipment lifting operation in both offshore and onshore environmentsFamiliarity with survey piling worksFamiliarity with Pile testing (PDA)Responsibilities: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environmentSupervise construction personnel and delegate tasks to meet deadlinesExecute work schedule and strategize manpower and equipment distributionReview and interpret construction plansDevelop methodology and implement strategies to optimize construction processesTroubleshoot and solve issues related to pile and other structural installation alignmentCoordinate and execute heavy equipment lifting operations in both offshore and onshore environments in compliance with safety protocolsMonitor and manage construction materials, equipment, and other consumablesQualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil)Required Skill(s): Analytical, Critical and Logic Thinking, Detail OrientedPreferably 6-10 years of experience as an employee specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent.Knowledgeable in all measuring instruments frequently used in inspections & testingAdept in testing equipmentGood communication and interpersonal skillsWilling to be assigned in Panabo City, Davao Del Norte
