Qualifications: Experience in offshore pile driving works Experience in offshore precast installation Experience in reinforced concrete, including familiarity with rebar drawings and bending schedules Experience in temporary works schemes, formwork systems, and the placement of concrete Experience in marine barges operation and other waterborne vessels Experience in heavy equipment lifting operation in both offshore and onshore environments Familiarity with survey piling works Familiarity with pile testing (PDA) Responsibilities: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment Supervise construction personnel and delegate tasks to meet deadlines Execute work schedule and strategize manpower and equipment distribution Review and interpret construction plans Develop methodology and implement strategies to optimize construction processes Troubleshoot and solve issues related to pile and other structural installation alignment Coordinate and execute heavy equipment lifting operations in both offshore and onshore environments in compliance with safety protocols Monitor and manage construction materials, equipment, and other consumables Minimum Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) Required Skill(s): Analytical, Critical and Logic Thinking, Detail Oriented Preferably 6-10 years of experience in Engineering - Others or equivalent Knowledgeable in all measuring instruments frequently used in inspections and testing Adept in testing equipment Good communication and interpersonal skills Willing to be assigned in Panabo City, Davao Del Norte Job Type: Full-time
