Job DescriptionDescriptionOversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for project costing.Conduct quality checks throughout the construction process to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and success.Develop project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones.Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.Requirements1 to 5 years of experience in Construction ManagementStrong ability to manage construction projects effectivelyProficient in costing (BOM/BOQ)Experience in quality checking and assuranceDriver's license is a plusAbility to work under pressure
