What you will do: The Project Engineer is primarily responsible for on-site project management. The role coordinates all project related concerns to proper personnel/group. Moreover, the position owns the project from kick-off to project close-out or completion.
How you will do it: Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensures all schedules are properly coordinated to the Operations Support Officer/Associate for proper dispatching of all personnel involved in the project.
Ensures resource availability and allocation. Prepares and secures Materials Requisition Form (MRF) and Tools Requisition Form (TRF) and coordinates with Warehouse and Purchasing Group.
Ensures that permits, gate pass and other documents concerning mobilization, demobilization, delivery and pull outs are properly secured and coordinated with all concerned.
Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. This has to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Manages Variation orders and able to produce quotations for approval timely to not affect the progress of the assigned project.
Manages the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors.
Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
Ensures completion of testing forms and billing documents (Certificate of Completion, Delivery Receipt, As-built plans, etc.) and forwards to the Operations Support Officer/Associate and Sales Support Associate for billing processing.
What we look for: BS Mechanical Engineering Graduate. Preferably Licensed.
At least 2-year work experience in the above functions in a similar industry (HVAC/Controls)
