Job Qualification:
Must have at least 2-3 years expe in the related field.

Can work under pressure, versatile

Good moral character, responsible, results-oriented and independent.

Can work with mínimal supervision

Knowledge in housing and land development construction and estimates

Proficiency

in AUTOCADJob Description:
Performs daily monitoring and supervision of construction-related activities

Prepares and submits project status and monitoring reports to the project manager

Sets schedule of activities and target dates for housing completion & turn-over

Responsible for inspection and turn-over of units to the property management team

Conducts daily coordination with sales, documentation, and property management departments and provides prompt action to concerns, queries and other requests

Responsible for material requisition and coordination with warehouse
