Job DescriptionThe Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing projects related to auxiliary systems, including CCTV, Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS), and fire protection systems. This role combines technical knowledge, project management, and sales support to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and industry standards. We welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn, as well as candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management:Oversee projects involving CCTV, FDAS, fire alarms, and fire protection systems from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance with timelines.Conduct site visits to monitor the progress and quality of installations and maintenance work.Technical Support and Coordination:Provide technical guidance and support during client meetings and ensure that the proposed solutions meet customer requirements.Coordinate closely with technical teams to ensure proper installation and operation of auxiliary systems.Team Management:Supervise and evaluate the performance of technical staff, ensuring compliance with project specifications and company policies.Report any technical or operational issues to management and suggest corrective actions.Policy Implementation:Ensure that company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations are strictly followed during project execution.Perform compliance checks and address any violations or issues promptly.Reporting:Prepare and present regular reports on project status, technical challenges, and team performance.Maintain accurate records of project progress, including issues and solutions.Assist the sales team by providing technical input during product presentations, client meetings, and proposal preparations.Help identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional services that align with client needs.Customer Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any technical inquiries.Ensure client satisfaction with the implementation of auxiliary systems.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a similar role are also welcome.Basic understanding of CCTV, FDAS, fire protection systems, and other auxiliary systems is an advantage.Strong willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.Proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with CRM tools.Working Location2nd floor, Norkis Trading Co., Inc..
