DescriptionConduct site visits on renewable energy power projects.Supervise and review designs for technical compliance and safety regulations aligned with local and national standards.Work and collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other teams involved to deliver and accomplish renewable energy project designs on time.Ensure that compliance and requirements will not be compromised upon accomplishing the renewable energy project design.Ensure that the prepared and accomplished renewable energy project design is cost-efficient and within the budget.Conduct research to evaluate, innovate, and improve existing electrical designs.Prepare budgeting and costing.RequirementsDegree Holder in Electrical Engineering.Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering (non-required).Licensed Electrical Engineer.At least a minimum of 2 years work experience as Electrical Engineer in a renewable energy power plant industry or related role in a relevant industry.Capable of preparing a costing or budget for a project.Strong knowledge and excellent background experience with power plant strategies, mechanisms, and designing.Excellent leadership skills, capable of leading a team and delivering excellent output for the company.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Willing to travel.Good working attitude.
