Project Development Officer

Job Responsibilities:
 

- LAND AQUISITION

- PROJECT CONCEPTUALIZATION & PLANNING

- PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

- PROJECT CLOSE-OUT

- MANAGEMENT OF COMMERCIAL ASPECT OF THE PROJECT

- He/She will be in-charge of monitoring all project progress and controlling of costs. Will also monitor and supervise the progress of the permits and licensing of all projects.

- He/She will be in-charge of controlling, filing and safe keeping of related and key documents to make sure they are intact given that the life cycle of each project lasts an average of 5 years.

- He/She will act in behalf of

the Project head in coordination with other departments, government agencies, clients and third parties in the absence of the Project Head or when authorized to do so.- An under-study as future Project-Head or Business Development Manager

 

Job Qualifications:
 

- At least 3 Years? experience in Real-Estate Project Development

- Preferably a graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture

- Shows excellent skills in coordinating with respective stakeholders of the project

- Exudes leadership skills

- Highly proficient in financial analysis, market research and project planning

- Good communication, Presentation and Organizational skills
