Project Development Manager - Prestige

Job Summary: The Project Development Manager (PDM) for Ready-for-Occupancy/RFO Projects shall lead the asset management of all RFO Liveable FAI projects. The PDM shall lead the sales, marketing and asset monetization strategies (ie leasing, etc) for the remaining unsold and reopened units of FAI Liveable projects. The PDM shall also lead the clean-out of pending project concerns (ie settlement of arrears, title/document clean-out, condo corporation concerns, project close-out, etc.) KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for FAI Liveable ProjectsCoordination with external and internal partners to ensure project is within budget and is completed on a timely mannerOverall project monitoring including site oculars and coordination with internal and external partners (ie condo corps, LGU, etc) TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:1. Must be highly analytical 2. Must be highly entrepreneurial, with a strong sense of ownership 3. Fast learners, results-driven, resourceful and innovative 4. Can work with minimum supervision 5. With strong communication skills (oral and written) EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED: 1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. 2. Preferably with 5 years of real estate experience or brand management or project management experience in other industries.3. Experience in brand management for luxury brands and products is a plus.
