Position: Project Development Manager (understudy for General Manager) Location Assignment: Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa
Job Summary: The Project Development Manager (understudy for General Manager) will be responsible for
strategic planning, acquisition, utilization, and disposition of land assets to support our business
objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of real estate
development, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Job Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans for land acquisition and development, aligned with
organizational goals and objectives.
• Identify potential land opportunities and conduct feasibility studies and due diligence
assessments.
• Negotiate land purchase agreements, leases, and other contracts with property owners and
developers.
• Manage land assets, including zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance, legal, and construction, to ensure seamless
execution of land development projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, landowners, brokers, and other
external stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks in the
land market.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management and
board of directors.
Qualifications: • Graduate of MBA, Masters in Economics, Finance, Real Estate or similar fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Deputy General Manager or Middle Management Officer
in land management, real estate development industry, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of land use regulations, zoning laws, and real estate market dynamics.
• Proven track record of successful land acquisition and development projects.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
