Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction market.
4. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
5. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
6. Qualify leads and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects.
7. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and project capabilities.
8. Create customized proposals that address client requirements and project specifications.
9. Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
10. Close deals effectively while adhering to company policies and pricing structures.
11. Work closely with project managers, architects, and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
12. Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and project delivery.
13. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
14. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the construction industry, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
2. Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
6. In-depth understanding of construction processes, project management, and the competitive landscape of the industry.
7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
