Project Development Director

Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Development . The Project Development Director will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The role will involve liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, as well as preparing and reviewing project proposals and reports. The Project Development Officer will also be involved in the planning and implementation of project management processes and procedures.

Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to think critically
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Proposal Writing and Report Writing
Strong Project Management skills including budgeting, planning, and overseeing project teams
Excellent problem-solver with the ability to perform well under pressure
Proficient in MS Project and other project management software
Experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
