PROJECT DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

Assist land acquisition

Assist in ensuring completeness of documents and transmittals during transactions

Due Diligence Prior to DOAS Execution

Assist in checking complete Technical and Legal Due Diligence submitted by CMD and Legal/Broker

Kickstart Project Conceptualization

Develop the initial feasibility study required to develop value proposition

Engage Project Designers

Facilitate engagement of IDG or external consultant thru a memo to develop SDP based on design parameters

Completion of SDP and other Plans

Facilitate coordination between IDG, CMD and designers (if any) thru weekly SDP meetings and other

periodic meetingsAssist in Launch and Selling

Coordination with IDG on materials and info needed to develop project brief

Permits and Licenses Prerequisites

Consolidate requirements for Brgy Certification, ECC, PALC, DP, VSR, BPs, LTS, and OPs

Permits and Licenses Acquisition

Assist Take-out

Facilitate acquisition of original TCTs & TDs after VSR

Assist PMD for Project Turnover

Assist PMD in the establishment of HOA and other activities required for HOA turnover

Project Closeout

BOI/ITH Ruling Application

Assist in the acquisition of BOI requirements for qualified projects
