Job Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for roofing projects. Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution. Conduct regular virtual site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to on-site teams. Team Management and Leadership:
Provide leadership and direction to roofing project teams, including site supervisors, crews, and subcontractors. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure roofing projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations. Conduct virtual inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Address any quality or safety concerns promptly and effectively to maintain project integrity and safety standards. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with roofing project outcomes. Budget and Cost Management:
Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure projects remain within financial constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project efficiency without compromising quality. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management as required. Qualifications
Proven experience team manager in the roofing industry for at least 3 years Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry standards Proficiency in project management software and tools Ability to work remotely and coordinate with virtual teams Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field (preferred) Certifications in project management or roofing (preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
