Location / Shift Mabalacat Office, Night Shift

NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description We are looking for a skillful and well experienced Project Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist Project Managers with the following:
? Facilitate information, ie: drawings, deposit invoice ? Send inquiries to suppliers to get quotes, as needed ? Send follow up to suppliers for project PO's ? Facilitate communications from vendors to team members – ready dates, etc. ? Create all packing lists and shipping labels for warehouse team for project shipment ? Manage and facilitate any punch issues post project delivery ? Work towards team goals of on time deliveries, in full, with no punch issues ? Any other tasks as requested by management team Qualifications ? Experience of furniture manufacturing ?Knowledge of furniture assembly, materials and fittings ?Ability to work in a team communicating and liaising with other team members to hit common goals and deliver projects. ?IT Literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and ability to work with CRM ?Build strong customer/supplier relationships, exceptional service and a 'can do' attitude that surprises customers.
