Job Qualifications: IT INFRA experience/skills.Working knowledge in systems or software, "off the shelf" solutions particularly for Broadcasting and Media, Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Broadcasting financial systems and the likeWorking knowledge, familiarity with Broadcasting and Media, Media Marketing and Digital Marketing is a plus, but not requiredKnowledgeable in (SDLC) System/ Software Development Cycle (Agile and Waterfall)Familiar with using MS Excel, Word, Power point, MS-Project and other documentation software for project presentations and plans Job Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring that the assigned project objective is met, timeline is within the agreed plan, project spend is within budget.Responsible for cascading information and other deliverables of peer project team members and within the organizationEnsuring internal SLAs are met ; log and review documents (e.g. FYA, SD, ARF, etc) prior to distribution to internal –IT mates for further evaluation and actionResponsible in supervising the projects being handled by IT; update immediate superior of all the tasks at hand in a daily basis; provide project report as required.Post assessment of assigned projects versus project list or plan; ensure that concerns are addressed accordingly (if not addressable, make certain that proponent/project team is informed.
