Job Qualifications:
• IT INFRA experience/skills.
• Working knowledge in systems or software, "off the shelf" solutions particularly for Broadcasting and Media, Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Broadcasting financial systems and the like
• Working knowledge, familiarity with Broadcasting and Media, Media Marketing and Digital Marketing is a plus, but not required
• Knowledgeable in (SDLC) System/ Software Development Cycle (Agile and Waterfall)
• Familiar with using MS Excel, Word, Power point, MS-Project and other documentation software for project presentations and plans

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring that the assigned project objective is met, timeline is within the agreed plan, project spend is within budget.
• Responsible for cascading information and other deliverables of peer project team members and within the organization
• Ensuring internal SLAs are met ; log and review documents (e.g. FYA, SD, ARF, etc) prior to distribution to internal –IT mates for further evaluation and action
• Responsible in supervising the projects being handled by IT; update immediate superior of all the tasks at hand in a daily basis; provide project report as required.
• Post assessment of assigned projects versus project list or plan; ensure that concerns are addressed accordingly (if not addressable, make certain that proponent/project team is informed. Present options (cause/effect) if applicable.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Support Corporate & Mainstream IT initiatives and Media/Broadcast/Video Delivery projects.
• Lead (and participate) in peer project meetings and discussions.
• Determine and initiate project improvement opportunities.
• Initiate project update meetings to proponent/group/team involved.
• Document and implement agreed SLA, police the deliverables of project team members to ensure inputs are provided on schedule.
• Ensure effectiveness in project reporting through detailed analysis.
• Participate in PMO regular meetings and update the project monitoring database.
• Supervise the projects of his/her subordinates through conducting regular meetings and updating the project monitoring database.
• Manage and control the project database.
• Assists in the planning for future initiatives, including the identification and analysis of new media/video delivery projects, estimation of resource requirements, and subsequent proposal efforts.
• In charge of planning and coordinating project activities among its working team.
• Ensure project requests are logged and monitored.
• Assist in the preparation of updates & reporting.

• Not limited to project charter, project plan, project timeline, WBS, project updates, issue & risk monitoring, project closure documents
