PROJECT COORDINATOR
WHAT IS A PROJECT COORDINATOR
Our awesome client, a leading company based in Australia is looking for a Project Coordinator to be part of their team.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating project timelines eg project management using Excel & our workflow platform Scoro
Writing simple task briefs eg translating client requirements into a list of deliverables using Word, Excel and Scoro
Contact reporting eg sitting in on client WIPs and annotating / updating the associated status documents for all involved using Word / Excel
Quote creation eg converting client requirements for projects / deliverables into quotes using Scoro so clients can approve them
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field
Knowledgeable in CRM/ERP systems
