WHAT IS A PROJECT COORDINATOR Our awesome client, a leading based in Australia is looking for a Project Coordinator to be part of their team.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating project timelines eg project management using Excel our workflow platform Scoro
Writing simple task briefs eg translating client requirements into a list of deliverables using Word, Excel and Scoro
Contact reporting eg sitting in on client WIPs and annotating / updating the associated status documents for all involved using Word / Excel
Quote creation eg converting client requirements for projects / deliverables into quotes using Scoro so clients can approve them
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
At least 3 of relevant experience in the field
Knowledgeable in CRM/ERP systems
