Project Coordinator

PROJECT MONITORING
- Coordinates with the sales, project team and satellite offices with regards to the needs and requirements of the projects.
- Monitors and collates reports.
- Updates the concerned persons about the status of the project and facilitates budget requests of the satellite offices in order to ensure that the activities are being planned based on the timeline agreements with the clients.
- Ensures project audit compliance in order to ensure effective operations and administrative management.
2.
ADMINISTRATIVE & CLIENT SERVICE
- Routes sales documents such as Project Contracts, Advance Copies of Project Contracts and Requisition Forms.
- Updates & monitors client database and oversees customer relation activities such as sending card for special occasions, birthday cakes, request for food and beverages for clients during project briefing & etc.
in order to strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications:

- Graduate of any four(4) years course.
- At least six months to one year relevant experience in an office setting.
- People management skills
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent in interpersonal, communication, coordination, and technical writing skills.
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
