Project Coordinator

JOB QUALIFICATIONS1. With at least 1 year experience / involvement handling Green Buildingcertification such as LEED, WELL, BERDE, EDGE2. College degree in B.S. Architecture, or B.S. Civil engineering, or with college degreein sustainability/environment or with a focus on environment, sustainability andsystems and strategy.3. With strong understanding on building systems and construction4. Knowledge in AutoCad (at least 2D), Microsoft Office, and basic editing tools such asAdobe programs.5. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills.6. Ability and comfort level in researching client inquires and emerging issues, includingregulations, industry practices and new technologies.7. Flexibility and willingness to travel (local) on short notice, as necessary.8. Willing to learn green building certification requirements with minimal supervision.EQUIPMENTThe Project Coordinator is expected to have his/her own laptop with Autocad, Microsoft Office, andbasic editing tools such as Adobe programs.The Project Coordinator is expected to have access to internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
