Responsibilities
• Support the project team in planning, managing, and reporting on multi-stakeholder projects.• Build and maintain portfolio management reporting dashboards.• Manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies for projects.• Prepare project status packs and minutes for steering committees.• Create high-quality status reports for project managers.• Assist with costing, budgeting, and executive reporting on projects.• Prepare presentations on project performance, risks, issues, and improvements for steering committee meetings.• Manage project control functions, including cost control, schedule/milestone management, and change control.• Maintain project planning materials and assist with procurement activities.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Project Delivery Framework.
Requirements
