Project Coordinator

Responsibilities: Manage PBM programs for North American clientsServe as the main liaison between pharmacy consultants, clients, and PBM partnersLead meetings, track follow-up items, and ensure effective communicationAnalyze pharmacy benefit plans, design strategies, and provide cost-saving solutionsConduct benchmarking studies, research, and vendor comparisonsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality client servicesAddress client questions with support from pharmacy consultants Qualifications: Educational Attainment: Associate or Bachelors Degree; relevant experience is acceptable2-5 years of experience in US Healthcare, preferably with pharmacy or PBM backgroundExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExperience working directly with US clients or stakeholdersProject management experience preferredSelf-starter with the ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsFlexibility and proven problem-solving skills
