PROJECT COORDINATOR

 

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company's facilities

Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

Hiring subcontractors for specialized maintenance work

Track expenses and oversee the budget maintain clear and accurate operations for maintenance

Lead renovation and construction projects

Preparation and dissemination of monthly repair and maintenance calendar

Supervision of third party contractors during installations,

repair & maintenanceInspection and maintenance of building systems.

Participation and coordination in all construction projects and renovation

Supervision and training of maintenance staff

Create and implement repair maintenance procedures

Periodic inspection of facilities, assets, and equipment

Draft all Project and Facilities maintenance reports

Hiring and firing maintenance staff

Develop construction projects and facilities estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements, Imported Seasoning shipment, and costs.
