Project Coordinator

Summary:
Coordinates and oversees all project management activities for installation projects.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities: · Send welcome letters to clients upon the assignment of a new project.
· Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to key stakeholders.
· Coordinate, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
· Assist with installation schedule management.
· Help collect and organize client documentation required for a successful installation.
· Other administrative tasks as required to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
· All other assigned duties and responsibilities not otherwise listed above.
Education: · High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
· Minimum 3 years of work experience within a professional business environment to include experience in a customer-facing, client services role.
