The incumbent will be responsible in providing assistance with clerical and administrative works of Technical - Project.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary

Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information

Supervise current projects and coordinate with all team members to keep workflow on track

Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and e-mails.

Provide all assistance needed of project managers, engineers and sales in all department.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Office Administration or any other related field of study.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Sound knowledge and ability of using English language both verbally and in writing

Computer literate and proficient with MS Office Applications such as: MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.

Competency Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships

Strong organizational skills

Ability to multi-task

Problem solving and decision-making skills.

With strong attention to details and can work under pressure"
