LEARNINGLITZ, INC., the franchise owner of the renowned Berlitz brand in the Philippines, is currently hiring a Project Coordinator. As a leading language training center, LearningLitz offers a comprehensive selection of language and culture courses for adults, children, teenagers, and businesses.
The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Senior Project Coordinator and Project Manager by managing the requirements of training classes. They will liaise with project team members, clients, students, and teachers. Additionally, they will assist in supervising all project aspects to ensure deliverables align with the defined scope and budget. Serving as the primary point of contact, they are responsible for the organization and timeline management of the project.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study
- Excellent English communication skills
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience is preferred, but those with less than 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
- Excellent client relations skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Proficient in using Microsoft Applications and Google Applications
- Willing to work on Saturdays
- Willing to work in Makati
- Immediate availability is preferred
CORE RESPONSIBIITIES:
- Assists in the coordination of internal resources with the project team, clients, teachers, students, vendors, and stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensures that all projects and commitments are delivered on time and within the project scope and budget.
- Ensures that resources are available and are properly allocated.
- Assists in the development of project plans, and monitors project progress.
- Assists in the management of changes in the project scope, schedule, and budget by using appropriate verification techniques.
- Assists in measuring project performance through appropriate tools and techniques.
- Reports and escalates concerns and issues to management, as needed.
- Manages relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and third parties.
- Assists in risk management and reduction.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
- Assists the Project Manager and Senior Project Coordinator in client meetings.
- Attends conferences and trainings as required to maintain proficiency
- Develops spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document need
- Performs other related duties, as assigned
Working schedule:
- 8-hour shift (day shift)
- Mondays to Saturdays
